Draw. Advance. Survive.
Grand Prix
A high-pressure tournament format built around blind draws, brackets and decisive progression. RFP introduced its two-event, point-based eight-fighter format in January 2024.
Event history
Where it began.
RFP Grand Prix uses four- or eight-fighter formats. Four-fighter matchups are drawn at the weigh-in. In the eight-fighter format, athletes earn points in qualifiers before the top four advance to the semi-finals across a second event.
No protected route and no easy bracket. The draw creates the pressure; the points and progression reward the fighter who can adapt fastest.
